2. Principle
This website processes as little personal data as possible. There are no user accounts for visitors, comments are disabled, and there is currently no advertising or analytics tracking active.

3. Access data / hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG (Germany). When you visit, technically necessary connection data — in particular your device's IP address, browser type, and time of access — is processed in server log files. This is required to deliver the site reliably and securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional operation).

4. Integrated third-party services
To display fonts and the overview map, content from the following providers is loaded; in each case your IP address is transmitted to the provider:

Fonts: Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA)
Map library (Leaflet, incl. marker clustering): cdnjs / Cloudflare, Inc. (USA)
Map data ("Satellite" view): Esri Inc. (USA), World Imagery

Transfers to a third country may occur with providers based in the USA. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, map-based website).

5. Cookies & analytics
This website does not set any cookies for marketing or tracking purposes. No analytics or advertising service is currently active. The language switch (DE/EN) is stored in a technically necessary cookie for one year so your choice is remembered on your next visit.

6. The map app at /app/
The "App" link in the navigation leads to a separate, self-contained web app (a Single-Page Application), which has its own privacy policy — reachable there via the "?" icon. That policy covers additional services used only by the app (e.g. weather data, live trail-condition reports).
