In the Sil River canyon on the border of the provinces of Lugo and Ourense: eight circular routes with more than 150 km in different difficulty levels, mostly medium to demanding, over monastery paths, old cobbled paths, the Sil riverbank and the Serra de Cabeza de Meda. Reception points: Pabellón deportivo Luíntra (Nogueira de Ramuín), Albergue A Fábrica da Luz (Parada de Sil) and Castro Caldelas Castle.
