Trails

5 legal, natural enduro singletrails in the Saalfeld city forest: Wilder Hunt, Steigers Heimweg, Grottenduro, Feenflug and Einfahrer, difficulty from dark blue to black, about 23 km and 1,000 m vertical in total according to the operator. Built by 1. SSV Saalfeld 92 e.V. with downhill champion Nina Hoffmann, the City of Saalfeld, the Feengrotten and the forestry office; opened in September 2024. The trails are closed during organized hunts (dates on the website). The surrounding FEEN-Bike Paradise Saalfeld offers 16 trails and loop tours in total.
